Any chance the offense keeps it up in the second half?

Morgan needs to touch the ball at least once on every possession the rest of the game.

Really good win and more importantly the offense looked reasonable for the most part.

Very nice win over a good team. The guys certainly seem to be figuring out Coach Earl's offense...as witnessed by a couple of backdoors. Stone Gettings and Josh Warren playing well in the high post. Morgan is terrific and Robert HAtter really seems to b eplaying under control forth efirst time.
Very different than under Bill Courtney.
But where is David Onoruh?? Hurt?? r

But where is David Onoruh?? Hurt?? r I hope that Onuorah is able to get back on the court by league play (I don't know what the injury might be), as we really could use his defensive ability. We know he won't give us much offense, but we have enough weapons so that won't be a big problem.

It's really obvious that Onoruh won't fit into Brian Earl's high post center offense at all. He can't shoot at all or pass with any efficiency.

Having watched the replay of yesterday's game, I can see your point. Both Gettings and Warren seem much better suited to the new style of play. Speaking of Warren, I am quite impressed, and most pleasantly surprised, with what he brings to the table. I don't think most Cornell fans expected much from him, and he shows a nice skill set, an excellent basketball IQ, and great poise.

I agree 100%. Warren is a real find and his skill set fits in with Earl's system beautifully.

I think both Gettings and Warren will continue to develop very nicely. Saw them in Houston in person and while we lost by a bunch, you can see brief moments of the new system working. I think as the the men learn Earl's system, they will continue to develop and hopefully anchor this team for the future. If the team continues with this offense, need to recruit guys like Gettings and Warren but also guards that can shoot the 3 from anywhere.

Don't know if any of you guys saw this yesterday, but Northeastern won at Michigan State.
