We are currently tied for 4th place. Are the top 4 teams in the playoffs? If we're tied does that mean we need a playoff to get into the playoffs?

They use some tiebreakers. It could get complicated...
Tiebreakers:
1. Head to head record
2. If a tie still exists, the tie will be broken by comparing each team’s record against the highest seed outside of the tie and continuing through the full league standings -
3. If a tie still exists, an average of the most recent ratings indices identified in advance by the coaches (Men: Sagarin, Ken Pom, BPI and NCAA RPI; Women: Sagarin/RPIratings.com and NCAA RPI) will be utilized to determine the higher seed.
Scenarios:
If Cornell and Columbia don't win the same number of games this weekend, then the team with more wins this weekend makes the playoff (duh).
If Cornell and Columbia win both of their games this weekend, Columbia will get into the playoff because of tiebreaker 2 (they would have 2 wins against Harvard, we would have 1).
If Cornell and Columbia lose both of their games this weekend, Columbia will get into the playoff because of tiebreaker 2 (they have a win against Harvard).
If Cornell beats Harvard and loses to Brown, and Columbia beats Harvard and loses to Brown, Columbia will get into the playoff because of tiebreaker 2 (they would have 2 wins against Harvard).
If Cornell beats Harvard and loses to Brown, and Columbia beats Brown and loses to Harvard...well things get tricky. I THINK CORNELL GETS IN based on the following...Both Columbia and Cornell would have 0 wins against Penn, 1 win against Harvard, 0 wins against Yale, and 1 win against Princeton, which means it will come down to the record against Brown, and Cornell has 2 wins over Brown while Columbia has 1 win over Brown (the records against Dartmouth won't come into play).

I think my interpretation of tiebreaker 2 was wrong (I didn't think we needed Princeton to lose), but anyways...Cornell is in!

New Kids on the Block is my favourite pop-band of 90s. NKOTB had so many hits! The ones I remember are 'Tonight', 'Baby, I Believe In You' and their hit 'Step By Step'. These are real masterpieces, not garbage like today! And it is sooo good they have a tour in 2019! And I'm going to visit their concert this year. The concert dates is here: New Kids on the Block tour Toronto. Open the page and maybe we can even visit one of the performances together!

Backstreet Boys BSB are an American rock band. The band was founded on April 20, 1993 in Orlando, Florida, by Lou Pearlman. Now this is the most successful boy band with more than 130 million records sold worldwide. The band was named after a flea market in Orlando, the "backstreet flea market". In 2019 BB has more than 50 concerts in the US with their DNA US tour. Check tour dates at Backstreet Boys tour Nashville site. Full list of tour dates & concerts!

Tournament is next weekend ivyleague.com/news/2019/3/10/general-ivy-madness-field-is-set-limited-ticket-options-remain.aspxHarvard and Yale were tied at 10-4 but Harvard is the 1 seed and Yale 2 seed - presumably because Harvard beat Yale 2x this season? Princeton finished 3rd at 8-6 so they are the 3 seed Penn, Brown, and Cornell all tied for 4th at 7-7 but Penn gets the 4 seed, why? Presumably because they were 2-0 vs Brown and 2-0 vs Cornell. Good luck to all four teams and good luck to whichever represents us in the NCAA tournament

I believe the first tiebreaker for the 3 tied teams is best record in the mini round robin between the 3 teams. I think Penn went 3-1 (didn't Cornell beat Penn earlier in the season?), while Cornell went 2-2 and Brown 1-3. So technically Cornell finished 5th, but that's a moot point. Does 15-15 make Cornell eligible for any of the post-season tournaments? Not sure if they'd get an invite anyways, but I think they have a requirement of being .500.
